L&T inches up as its arm incorporates wholly owned subsidiary

Larsen & Toubro’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Vyoma.AI has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary, LTN Compute (LTNCPL). The company has received Certificate of Incorporation on June 20, 2026 from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
LTNCPL is formed for the purpose of establishing AI compute Infrastructure and providing technology enabled services.
