L&T Finance inches up after raising Rs 1500 crore through NCDs

L&T Finance is currently trading at Rs. 294.30, up by 0.90 points or 0.31% from its previous closing of Rs. 293.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 294.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 296.60 and Rs. 293.10 respectively. So far 103128 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 329.40 on 06-Jan-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 180.15 on 16-Jun-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 297.50 and Rs. 256.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 73737.05 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 65.99%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 22.53% and 11.48% respectively.

L&T Finance has raised Rs 1500 crore through non-convertible debentures (NCDs). The company has allotted 1,50,000 senior, secured, rated, listed, redeemable, NCDs having face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, on private placement basis. The NCDs have a tenor of 1110 days and carry a coupon rate of 8.12% per annum. The NCDs are proposed to be listed on the Negotiated Trade Reporting Platform (NTRP) under New Debt Market of the National Stock Exchange of India.
