L&T Finance gains on reporting 29% growth in Q1 consolidated net profit

L&T Finance is currently trading at Rs. 325.30, up by 3.90 points or 1.21% from its previous closing of Rs. 321.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 321.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 333.50 and Rs. 318.00 respectively. So far 1491920 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 338.50 on 07-Jul-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 194.40 on 11-Aug-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 338.50 and Rs. 309.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 81308.67 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 65.96%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 22.61% and 11.44% respectively.

L&T Finance has reported a 28.99% rise in its standalone net profit at Rs 895.32 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1FY27), as compared to Rs 694.09 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 23.17% to Rs 5,243.49 crore in Q1FY27 as compared to Rs 4,257.07 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

On a consolidated basis, the company has reported a 28.72% rise in its net profit at Rs 902.47 crore for Q1FY27, as compared to Rs 701.10 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Consolidated total income increased by 23.09% to Rs 5,243.31 crore in Q1FY27 as compared to Rs 4,259.60 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
