KPI Green rises on energizing additional capacity under Solar Hybrid Power Project at Bharuch

KPI Green Energy is currently trading at Rs. 306.35, up by 3.00 points or 0.99% from its previous closing of Rs. 303.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 303.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 316.00 and Rs. 302.40 respectively. So far 1.77 lakh shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 541.90 on 03-Nov-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 302.20 on 17-Aug-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 352.25 and Rs. 302.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 6,038.88 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 49.40%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 8.81% and 41.79% respectively.

KPI Green Energy has energized further capacity under its 370 MW AC / 677 MW DC Wind-Solar Hybrid Power Project (IPP) at Bharuch, Gujarat. The company has commissioned 130 MW AC / 195 MW DC Solar capacity under the said project.

With this, the company has cumulatively energized 269.7 MW AC / 389.7 MW DC capacity under the said Wind-Solar Hybrid IPP Project. This project is being developed by the company as an Independent Power Producer (IPP) under a long-term Power Purchase Agreement with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL).

The company continues to steadily expand its IPP portfolio, as it simultaneously scales its EPC business. The progressive energisation of capacity under long-term PPAs further strengthens the company's annuity-based, recurring revenue streams, enhancing earnings visibility and creating sustained long-term value for its stakeholders.
