KPI Green Energy is currently trading at Rs. 357.65, up by 1.10 points or 0.31% from its previous closing of Rs. 356.55 on the BSE.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 49.40%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 8.81% and 41.79% respectively.
KPI Green Energy’s material subsidiary-- Sun Drops Energia (SDEL) had completed acquisition of 1,07,47,760 equity shares of DEK and Mavericks Green Energy (DMGEL), representing 62.91% of the paid-up equity share capital of DMGEL on September 26, 2026.
Consequent to the aforesaid acquisition, DMGEL has become a subsidiary of SDEL and accordingly, a step-down subsidiary of the Company, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
