Keystone Realtors shines on logging 22% growth in pre-sales in Q1FY25

Keystone Realtors is currently trading at Rs. 695.15, up by 24.20 points or 3.61% from its previous closing of Rs. 670.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 672.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 710.10 and Rs. 651.00 respectively. So far 5820 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 750.00 on 21-Feb-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 518.40 on 26-Oct-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 710.10 and Rs. 651.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 8770.30 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 86.70%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 11.05% and 2.25% respectively.

Keystone Realtors has achieved 22% growth in pre-sales to Rs 611 crore in Q1FY25 as compared to Rs 502 crore in Q1FY24. In Q4FY24, pre-sales stood at Rs 843 crore. Its collection stood at Rs 485 crore in Q1FY25 as compared to Rs 495 crore in Q1FY24, showing a de-growth of 2% YoY basis.

During Q1FY25, the company has launched 2 projects (180 Bayview in Matunga West & Ocean Vista in Versova) having saleable area of 0.63 mn sq ft and estimated GDV of Rs 2017 crore in line with guidance of launching 2 project a quarter. The company has added 1 Project in Q1FY25 having saleable Area of 0.35 mn sq ft and estimated GDV of Rs 984 crore.
