Kesar India trades higher on acquiring additional 20% stake in Nexa Infraspace
Kesar India is currently trading at Rs. 1260.50, up by 10.50 points or 0.84% from its previous closing of Rs. 1250.00 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1272.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1272.15 and Rs. 1255.80 respectively. So far 16000 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'M' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1297.00 on 29-Jul-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 610.05 on 22-Aug-2025.

Kesar India has acquired an additional 20% equity stake in Nexa Infraspace. Prior to acquisition, the company held 10% equity stake in Nexa Infraspace (NIPL). Consequent to the acquisition, the aggregate shareholding of the company has increased from 10% to 30% of the paid-up equity share capital of Nexa Infraspace. Pursuant to the aforesaid acquisition, Nexa Infraspace has become an Associate Company of Kesar India.
Acquisition is done pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) dated July 30, 2026 entered into with the shareholders of NIPL. The acquisition enables the company to strengthen its presence in the real estate and infrastructure sector and expand its capabilities across project development, execution and related activities. The investment provides the company with access to new business opportunities, enhances its project portfolio and supports its long-term growth strategy.
