Kesar India rises as its arm acquires commercial office space in Hyderabad
Kesar India is currently trading at Rs. 1270.70, up by 19.60 points or 1.57% from its previous closing of Rs. 1251.10 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1250.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1278.90 and Rs. 1250.00 respectively. So far 1600 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'M' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1294.40 on 23-Jun-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 610.05 on 22-Aug-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1284.50 and Rs. 1220.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3858.62 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 70.23%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 15.76% and 14.01% respectively.
Kesar India’s wholly owned subsidiary Kesar Infraventures has completed the acquisition of a premium commercial office property located at Ameerpet, Hyderabad, Telangana, further strengthening the Group’s strategic presence in South India. The acquired property comprises Office Space No. 4A situated on the Third Floor of the commercial complex known as ‘Aditya Trade Centre (F & G Blocks)’, Aditya Enclave, Ameerpet, Hyderabad, Telangana, having around 7,725 sq. ft. of super built-up area together with six dedicated car parking spaces.
The acquisition has been undertaken through Kesar Infraventures, the company’s wholly owned subsidiary and infrastructure arm, and is aligned with the Group’s long-term strategy of expanding its commercial real estate portfolio across key high-growth metropolitan markets in India. The acquisition enhances Kesar Group’s commercial real estate portfolio and supports its long-term expansion strategy in South India. The company remains focused on disciplined capital allocation and identifying opportunities that generate sustainable long-term value for its shareholders.
