Kennametal India shines on getting nod for Rs 68 crore capex to set up greenfield project

The scrip opened at Rs. 2120.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2245.00 and Rs. 2120.00 respectively. So far 4024 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3341.95 on 16-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1947.00 on 28-Feb-2025.

Kennametal India has received approval for pre-project activities and capex of around Rs 68 crore for setting up of a green field project in India for MSG Business of the company. The pre-project activities consist of various initial studies, land identification and preparation of detailed feasibility report.
The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on November 5, 2025, has approved the same.
Kennametal India is in the business of manufacturing and trading of hard metal products and manufacturing of capital intensive machines along with Fixtures and spares.
