Karur Vysya Bank gains on inaugurating 4 new branches in Tamil Nadu

Karur Vysya Bank is currently trading at Rs. 224.45, up by 1.30 points or 0.58% from its previous closing of Rs. 223.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 222.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 225.70 and Rs. 216.80 respectively. So far 100732 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 246.15 on 09-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 165.15 on 04-Jun-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 234.50 and Rs. 216.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 18007.21 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 2.13%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 53.24% and 44.63% respectively.

Karur Vysya Bank (KVB) has inaugurated 4 new branches in Tamil Nadu, on January 27, 2025. By inaugurating these branches, the total branch network of the Bank increased to 870. These branches will offer a comprehensive range of banking services like accounts, deposits and loans including savings and current accounts and locker facilities etc.,

The new branches shall cater to all basic banking transactions and specific needs of customers, offering the entire spectrum of banking products and financial services covering Retail, Institutional and Consumer lending. The bank offers Internet Banking and Mobile Banking facilities. KVB DLite, the Mobile Banking app of the Bank, offers convenience of financial and non-financial services through 150+ features. The app has been recently upgraded with several customer friendly features.

Karur Vysya Bank is engaged in providing a wide range of banking and financial services including commercial banking and treasury operations.
