Kamat Hotels rises on signing second property in Dwarka
Kamat Hotels (India) is currently trading at Rs. 162.80, up by 0.95 points or 0.59% from its previous closing of Rs. 161.85 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 165.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 166.50 and Rs. 160.45 respectively. So far 6240 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 368.95 on 22-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 142.05 on 30-Mar-2026.

Kamat Hotels (India) has signed an agreement for the management and operations of a Second Luxury hotel in Dwarka under the brand ‘The Orchid Hotel’ at Dwarka, Gujarat. The Hotel will feature around 63 well-appointed guest rooms with facilities such as Banquet Hall, Swimming pool, Spa, Gym, One Restaurant and One Roof Top Lounge. The Hotel is expected to be fully operational by December 2026.
