Kamat Hotels (India) is currently trading at Rs. 243.20, up by 2.25 points or 0.93% from its previous closing of Rs. 240.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 244.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 249.00 and Rs. 241.70 respectively. So far 2815 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 353.40 on 18-Mar-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 176.00 on 25-Oct-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 249.00 and Rs. 239.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 719.02 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 57.78%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 4.43% and 37.78% respectively.

Kamat Hotels (India) has signed an Agreement for the management and operation of ‘IRA by Orchid Hotel at Dwarka’ under its ‘IRA by Orchid’ brand. Slated to commence operations in October 2025, the upcoming hotel will feature 49 well-appointed rooms, modern banquet halls, and a multi-cuisine restaurant, offering guests a seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and signature Orchid hospitality. This strategic addition enhances the company’s presence in key pilgrimage and tourist destinations across India. 

Dwarka, situated in Gujarat’s Devbhumi Dwarka district, is a revered pilgrimage center and an integral part of the Char Dham Yatra.
