Kalpataru jumps on signing redevelopment deal for Shree Mahalakshmi CHS in Andheri West
Kalpataru is currently trading at Rs. 325.85, up by 26.70 points or 8.93% from its previous closing of Rs. 299.15 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 319.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 329.00 and Rs. 300.00 respectively. So far 610 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 458.10 on 09-Jul-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 282.10 on 10-Mar-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 329.00 and Rs. 282.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 6159.92 crore.

Kalpataru has signed prestigious redevelopment project of Shree Mahalakshmi CHS at a prime location off Veera Desai Road, Andheri West. The project spans around 3 acres of prime land with a total potential around 0.4 msf carpet area and estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of around Rs 1,400 crore.
