Juniper Green Energy gains on commissioning 35 MW of wind power capacity

Juniper Green Energy is currently trading at Rs. 263.50, up by 4.70 points or 1.82% from its previous closing of Rs. 258.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 259.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 264.00 and Rs. 255.00 respectively. So far 5608 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 282.50 on 27-Aug-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 232.10 on 06-Aug-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 267.50 and Rs. 252.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 14745.59 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 85.94%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 6.84% and 7.22% respectively.

Juniper Green Energy has commissioned 35 MW of wind power capacity forming part of its 150 MW Wind Solar Hybrid Power Project at the project site on September 10, 2026. The commissioning has been witnessed and confirmed by officials of Gujarat Energy Development Agency and Paschim Gujarat Vij Company, and the formal certificate is expected to be issued shortly. With the commissioning of the aforesaid capacity, its capacity under this project stands at 175 MWp out of total planned capacity of 190 MWp.

With this, the aggregate operational capacity of the company and its subsidiaries stand at around 2,639 MWp and around 500 MWh BESS as of the date hereof.
