JSW Cement lists with 4% premium on the BSE

JSW Cement has debuted at Rs 153.00 on the BSE, up by 6 points or 4.08% from its issue price of Rs 147.00.
The scrip is currently trading at its upper circuit limit of Rs. 148.15, up by 1.15 points or 0.78% from its issue price.
It has touched a high and low of Rs. 154.70 and Rs. 147.00 respectively. So far 66.80 lakh shares were traded on the counter.
The offering, which was open for subscription between August 7, 2025 and August 11, 2025 was subscribed over 8.22 times. The issue price was fixed at Rs 147 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 139-147 apiece.
The company is part of the JSW Group, a multinational conglomerate with a portfolio of diversified businesses across various sectors such as steel, energy, maritime, infrastructure, defence, business-to-business e-commerce, realty, paints, sports and venture capital.
