JM Financial AMC informs about modification to SWP facility
JM Financial Asset Management Company has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI), Scheme Information Document (SID) & Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the Schemes of JM Financial Mutual Fund.
JM Financial Mutual Fund has informed that the AMC has decided to modify certain features of the Systematic Withdrawal Plan (SWP) facility being offered under the schemes of the Mutual Fund with effect from March 13, 2025 (‘Effective Date’).
This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of SID, KIM & SAI of the Schemes of the Mutual Fund, as amended from time to time. All the other terms and conditions of the SID, KIM & SAI of the Schemes of the Mutual Fund will remain unchanged. The SID should be read in conjunction with the SAI and not in isolation. The SID & SAI are available on our website www.jmfinancialmf.com.
