JM Financial AMC announces launch of WhatsApp Transaction Facility
JM Financial Asset Management (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (‘SID’), Key Information Memorandum (‘KIM’) and Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of the schemes of JM Financial Mutual Fund.
JM Financial Mutual Fund has informed that JM Financial Mutual Fund proposes to launch ‘WhatsApp Transaction Facility’ (the ‘Facility’) by JM Financial Mutual Fund with effect from September 16, 2026. This facility aims to make it easier for the Investors to transact with the Mutual Fund and also aims to provide the flexibility to the investors and make the investment process digital and paperless.
To avail this facility, investors will have to save ‘+91 89767 85799’ on their mobile phones and send ‘Hi’ on WhatsApp through their registered mobile number.
The features of the facility are listed below:
1. Transact: Purchase, Additional Purchase, Register SIP and Switch transaction.
2. Account Statements: Statement of Account reflecting the transaction details and Capital Gain Statement as per the period / frequency requested.
3. Portfolio Valuation (Folio Level & Scheme Level) - Provides comprehensive overview of mutual fund portfolio, including current values.
Consequently, this facility shall be considered as an ‘Official Point of Acceptance of Transactions’ for applications for the said transactions with effect from September 16, 2026. The Uniform Cut-off time as prescribed by SEBI and as mentioned in the Scheme Information Documents (SID’s) of the respective schemes shall be applicable for applications received through this facility. However, the AMC has informed that transactions through this facility shall be subject to the eligibility of the investors, and any terms & conditions stipulated by JM Financial Asset Management from time to time and any law for the time being in force.
All Transactions through this facility are subject to such limits, operating guidelines, terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the Mutual Fund from time to time. The Mutual Fund reserves the right to introduce, change, modify or withdraw the features available in this facility from time to time.
This notice-cum-addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM of the Schemes and SAI of the Fund as amended from time to time. All other terms and conditions of the SID and KIM of the Schemes and SAI of the Fund will remain unchanged.
