IRB Infrastructure gains on getting nod to monetize non-core assets located in Mumbai, Pune
IRB Infrastructure Developers is currently trading at Rs. 18.29, up by 0.31 points or 1.72% from its previous closing of Rs. 17.98 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 18.32 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 18.61 and Rs. 18.15 respectively. So far 1531104 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 23.94 on 21-May-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 17.94 on 22-Sep-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 19.20 and Rs. 17.94 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 22066.51 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 30.81%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 54.02% and 15.17% respectively.
IRB Infrastructure Developers has secured approval to monetize its non-core assets located in Mumbai and Pune. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on September 22, 2026, has approved the same. The board has approved the monetization of asset located in Pune by way of phased development of land parcels of around 350 acres out of total around 1,100 acres owned by Aryan Infrastructure Investments (AIIPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, at Villages Taje and Pimpaloli, Taluka Maval.
Further, the board has approved the monetization of asset located in Mumbai by way of redevelopment and rehabilitation of part of land parcels of around 3,500 square meters owned by Ideal Road Builders (IRBPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, at Village Chandivali, Mumbai. AIIPL and IRBPL are Wholly owned subsidiary Companies of the company.
The approval is subject to definitive documentation / necessary regulatory and statutory approvals.
