Salient features of the IPO:
• Indo-MIM Ltd. (IML) was incorporated as “A F Technologies India Pvt. Ltd.” on April 12, 1996, in Hyderabad. The company underwent multiple name changes before being renamed Indo-MIM Pvt. Ltd. in 2016, shifted its registered office to Bengaluru in 2020, and was converted into a public limited company as “INDO-MIM Ltd.” in January 2024.
• The company provides end-to-end precision engineering solutions, encompassing product design, tooling, MIM manufacturing, secondary processing, finishing and assembly. Supported by integrated manufacturing capabilities, IML offers complete product development solutions with enhanced quality, faster turnaround times and supply chain reliability. As of March 31, 2026, it operated the world's largest installed MIM manufacturing capacity across 15 manufacturing facilities, including six in India, six in the United States, two in the United Kingdom and one in Mexico.
• The offer comprises of a fresh issue of Rs. 500 cr and an Offer-for-sale (OFS) for 6.829cr shares aggregating to Rs. 3,812 cr at the upper price band. From the fresh issue net proceeds, Rs. 400 cr will be utilized for Prepayment/repayment, in part or full of certain outstanding borrowings; with the remaining proceeds allocated towards general corporate purposes.
