Invesco Asset Management (India) announces change in Key Personnel
Invesco Mutual Fund has informed that, Sumeet Jain has been appointed as Dealer - Equity of Invesco Asset Management India (‘IAMI’) with effect from September 24, 2026. Accordingly, the following details of Sumeet Jain shall stand inserted in the Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of Invesco Mutual Fund:
Sumeet Jain (46) holds a B.E. in Electronics and P.G.D.B.M in Finance from C.M.T. He has more than 20 years of experience in securities market and equity dealing. Prior to joining Invesco AMC, Mr Jain was associated with Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance Co as Dealer – Equity (June 5, 2020 - September 11, 2026), Centrum Broking (CN) as Derivatives and Technical Analyst (January 16, 2020 - June 2, 2020), STCI Primary Dealer as Equity Dealer (February 12, 2018 - February 28, 2019) and Dealmoney Securities as Derivatives and Technical Analyst (July 11, 2016 - January 31, 2018).
All other terms & conditions of the SAI of the Fund will remain unchanged. This addendum forms an integral part of the SAI of the Fund as amended from time to time.
