Invesco Asset Management (India) (AMC) announces change in Key Personnel
Invesco Asset Management (India) has announced changes to Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of the Invesco Mutual Fund.
Invesco Mutual Fund has informed that, Awais Bakshi has been appointed as Research Analyst - Equity of Invesco Asset Management India (‘IAMI’) with effect from August 25, 2026. Accordingly, the following details of Awais Bakshi shall stand inserted in the Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of Invesco Mutual Fund.
Awais Bakshi (28), holds a B.M.S (Finance) and cleared CFA Level I. Bakshi has more than 6 years of experience in research and analysis of companies. Prior to joining Invesco AMC, he was associated with Sundaram Mutual Fund as Research Analyst – Equity (April 10, 2023 - August 14, 2026, Batlivala and Karani Securities (I) as Research Associate (July 12, 2022 - April 03, 2023), Dolat Capital Equity as Research Associate (December 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022) and Adroit Financial Services as Research Associate (June 8, 2020 - November 26, 2021).
All other terms & conditions of the SAI of the Fund will remain unchanged. This addendum forms an integral part of the SAI of the Fund as amended from time to time.
