Invesco Mutual Fund has informed that Official Points of Acceptance (OPA) of Transactions for all Schemes of Invesco Mutual Fund except Invesco India Nifty 50 Exchange Traded Fund and Invesco India Gold Exchange Traded Fund is shifting from ‘KFin Technologies, 302, Metro Plaza, Old Jansata Chowk Opp. Bank of India, Near Moti Tanki Chowk, Rajkot, Gujarat. Rajkot - 360001, Tel No: +91 9081903025’ to ‘KFin Technologies, 406, Prism Square Building, Near Moti Tanki Chowk, Near Kathiyawadi Gymkhana, Opp. RKC School Gate, Dr. Radhakrishnan Marg, Rajkot, Gujarat. Rajkot - 360001, Tel No: +91 9081903025’ with effect from August 28, 2025.
Further, above location is also Point of Services (POS) location of MF Utilities India (‘MFUI’) and have been notified as Official Points of Acceptance for all schemes of Invesco Mutual Fund except Invesco India Nifty 50 Exchange Traded Fund and Invesco India Gold Exchange Traded Fund.
All other terms & conditions of the Scheme(s) will remain unchanged. This addendum forms an integral part of the Statement of Additional Information of Invesco Mutual Fund / Scheme Information Document(s) / Key Information Memorandum(s) of the Scheme(s) of Invesco Mutual Fund as amended from time to time.
