Invesco AMC announces change in Key Personnels
Invesco Asset Management (India) (AMC) has announced changes to Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of the Invesco Mutual Fund.
Invesco Mutual Fund has informed that, Rohit Mishra has been appointed as Dealer - Equity with effect from August 14, 2026 of Invesco Asset Management India (‘IAMI’). Accordingly, the following details of Rohit Mishra shall stand inserted in SAI of the Fund:
Rohit Mishra, (28) is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds L.L.B and B.Com degrees. He has more than 4 years of experience of which 3 years in Investment Operations. Mr Mishra joined Invesco Asset Management (India) on August 14, 2026 as Dealer – Equity. Prior to this, he served as a Manager - Investment Operations at Invesco Asset Management (India) from January 22, 2025 to August 13, 2026. Earlier, he worked as Proprietor at Rohit S Mishra and Associates from July 6, 2024 to January 2, 2025, Assistant Manager - Investment Operation at HDFC Asset Management from July 20, 2022 to February 21, 2024 and Audit Manager - Audit and Assurance at Rajendra & Co from January 1, 2021 to April 30, 2022.
Further, Aryan Dhargalkar, Dealer - Equity is transferred from Mutual Fund Division to Portfolio Management Services Division of IAMI with effect from August 18, 2026. Pursuant to above transfer, Aryan Dhargalkar will cease to be a Key Person under SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 2026 with effect from close of business hours of August 17, 2026.
Accordingly, all references of Aryan Dhargalkar shall be deleted from the SAI of the Fund. Pursuant to above changes, necessary changes will be carried out at relevant places in SAI of the Fund. All other terms & conditions of the SAI of the Fund will remain unchanged. This addendum forms an integral part of the SAI of the Fund, as amended from time to time.
