Infosys moves up on collaborating with Knorr-Bremse to accelerate AI-enabled enterprise transformation

Infosys is currently trading at Rs. 1124.75, up by 9.75 points or 0.87% from its previous closing of Rs. 1115.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1124.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1135.00 and Rs. 1,119.40 respectively. So far 114113 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1727.85 on 03-Feb-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 984.00 on 01-Jul-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1,175.60 and Rs. 1112.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 456734.27 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 13.82%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 70.08% and 16.10% respectively.

Infosys has entered into a strategic, long-term collaboration with Knorr-Bremse AG, a global manufacturer of braking systems and safety-critical components for rail and commercial vehicles. As part of Knorr-Bremse AG’s Tech4Value (T4V) IT transformation program, Infosys will deliver end-to-end managed services across the company’s entire enterprise application ecosystem spanning both Rail and Commercial Vehicle divisions.

The collaboration will help Knorr-Bremse AG simplify and modernize its IT landscape, improve service quality for its global workforce, and accelerate its shift toward a value-driven, future-ready IT operating model. The scope covers the full enterprise application stack, from core ERP and data platforms to engineering and product lifecycle systems. Beyond technology modernization, the transformation will strengthen operational resilience, compliance, and service governance. It will also enable faster innovation cycles, enhance engineering collaboration and employee experience, and support the scalable growth of Knorr-Bremse's global Rail and Commercial Vehicle businesses.

Infosys will combine its SAP, data, engineering, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) expertise with AI-led capabilities powered by Infosys Topaz, using generative and agentic AI technologies, to move Knorr-Bremse beyond traditional managed services. Together, the companies will focus on driving measurable outcomes and sustained productivity gains through AI-led automation.
