Info Edge (India) gains on planning to invest Rs 10 crore in Sunrise Mentors
Info Edge (India) is currently trading at Rs. 1247.75, up by 11.70 points or 0.95% from its previous closing of Rs. 1236.05 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1254.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1268.65 and Rs. 1238.15 respectively. So far 552918 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1439.95 on 23-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 909.20 on 25-May-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1,268.65 and Rs. 1147.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 81026.64 crore.

Info Edge (India) is all set to invest an amount of about Rs 10 crore in Sunrise Mentors (CodingNinjas), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. The Committee of Executive Directors of the company at its meeting held on July 29, 2026 have given consent to the same.
Under this transaction, the company will acquire 18,725 equity shares at an issue price of Rs 5,340.23 each including premium of Rs 5,330.23 per equity share. Post this investment, CodingNinjas remains the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The investment is to be completed within 30 days from the approval. This investment is being done to meet the working capital requirements of CodingNinjas.
CodingNinjas is engaged in the business of providing online education and operates an e-learning platform - ‘Coding Ninjas’.
