Indo Tech Transformers gains on bagging LoA for supply of transformers

Indo Tech Transformers is currently trading at Rs. 2778.90, up by 14.85 points or 0.54% from its previous closing of Rs. 2764.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2702.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2895.00 and Rs. 2696.10 respectively. So far 1099 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3285.10 on 16-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 634.15 on 04-Jan-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 3050.00 and Rs. 2696.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2947.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 75.00%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.40% and 24.60% respectively.

Indo Tech Transformers has received Letter of Award (LoA) for supply of 3 Nos of 192 MVA transformers. The aggregate value of the order under the said LoA is Rs 32.32 crore plus applicable taxes.  The 2 transformers are expected to be delivered in November 2025, while 1 in December 2025.

Indo Tech Transformers is engaged in the business of manufacturing power and distribution transformers and various special application transformers, mobile sub-station transformers and sub-stations.
