Indian Hotels Company rises on signing Welcomhotel in Vrindavan

Indian Hotels Company is currently trading at Rs. 771.10, upby 1.00 points or 0.13% from its previous closing of Rs. 770.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 773.35 and has touched a high andlow of Rs. 775.90 and Rs. 767.15 respectively. So far 68291 shares were tradedon the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52week high of Rs. 894.15 on 30-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 507.45 on04-Jun-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 781.60and Rs. 744.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs.109903.20 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 38.12%, whileInstitutions and Non-Institutions held 46.14% and 15.75% respectively.

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has signed a Welcomhotel inVrindavan, Uttar Pradesh with KD Greens, Mathura. The signing marks the entryof Brand Welcomhotel to an important market and strengthens the ITC Hotelsfootprint in Uttar Pradesh with the existing six operating hotels offering 479keys and more properties across brands in the pipeline. Located 90 km from theNoida International Airport, on Delhi Agra Highway NH-19, ‘Welcomhotel by ITCHotels Vrindavan’ will feature 120 guest rooms.
