Indian Hotels Company inches up on signing Gateway branded hotel in Tripura

The Indian Hotels Company is currently trading at Rs. 720.90, up by 1.10 points or 0.15% from its previous closing of Rs. 719.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 705.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 722.05 and Rs. 705.55 respectively. So far 38819 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 792.40 on 15-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 565.25 on 02-Apr-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 727.45 and Rs. 701.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 102437.30 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 38.12%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 46.29% and 15.59% respectively.

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has signed a Gateway branded hotel in Agartala, Tripura. The brownfield project expands Gateway’s presence in the North East. The 104-key Gateway Agartala houses an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant and bar. Guests can unwind at the spa, fitness centre or swimming pool. Designed to cater to both business and social occasions, the hotel features a spacious banqueting venues and meeting rooms. 

With the addition of this hotel, IHCL will have three hotels in Tripura including two under development.
