India Shelter Finance Corporation has debuted at Rs 612.70 on the BSE, up by 119.70 points or 24.28% from its issue price of Rs 493.
The scrip is currently trading at Rs 569.15, up by 76.15 points or 15.45% from its issue price. It has touched a high and low of Rs 625.00 and Rs 567.60 respectively. So far 5.72 lakh shares were traded on the counter.
The offering, which was open for subscription between December 13, 2023 and December 15, 2023 was subscribed 38.59 times. The issue price was fixed at Rs 493 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 469-493 apiece.
India Shelter Finance Corporation is engaged in the business of housing finance. The company provides loans for house construction, extension, renovation, and purchase of new homes or plots. The company also offers loans against property (LAP).
