Imagicaaworld Entertainment rises on acquiring Malpani Parks Indore
Imagicaaworld Entertainment is currently trading at Rs. 62.24, up by 0.65 points or 1.06% from its previous closing of Rs. 61.59 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 61.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 62.24 and Rs. 60.22 respectively. So far 7912 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 103.24 on 20-Aug-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 58.65 on 28-Jan-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 68.55 and Rs. 60.22 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3283.26 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.09%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 3.05% and 22.86% respectively.
Imagicaaworld Entertainment has completed acquisition of 10,000 equity shares of Malpani Parks Indore (MPIPL) of Rs 10 each representing 100% of the issued and paid-up equity share capital of MPIPL on February 25, 2025. Post this acquisition, MPIPL has become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the company.
Earlier, the company had entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) on February 18, 2025 with Malpani Parks (MPPL) for acquisition of 100% shareholding of MPIPL.
Imagicaaworld Entertainment is engaged in the business of development and operations of theme-based entertainment destinations in India, including theme parks, water parks and associated activities including retail merchandising and food and beverages.
