ICICI Pru AMC informs about addendum to SIDs and KIMs

ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Documents (SIDs) and Key Information Memorandums (KIMs) of Eligible Passive Schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund.

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that pursuant to SEBI circular dated December 31, 2024 on ‘Introduction of Mutual Funds Lite (MF Lite) framework for passively managed schemes of Mutual Funds’ read with AMFI communication dated March 15, 2025, clauses relating to percentage of funds allocated towards investor education & awareness initiative under Annual Scheme Recurring Expenses forming a part of the SIDs & KIMs of Bharat 22 ETF, ICICI Prudential BSE Sensex ETF, ICICI Prudential BSE Sensex Index Fund, ICICI Prudential Nifty 100 Low Volatility 30 ETF, ICICI Prudential Nifty 100 ETF, ICICI Prudential Nifty50 Equal Weight Index Fund, ICICI Prudential Nifty 50 ETF, ICICI Prudential Nifty 50 Index Fund, ICICI Prudential Nifty 500 Index Fund, ICICI Prudential Nifty Auto ETF, ICICI Prudential Nifty Auto Index Fund, ICICI Prudential Nifty Bank ETF, ICICI Prudential Nifty Bank Index Fund, ICICI Prudential Nifty G-Sec Dec 2030 Index Fund, ICICI Prudential Nifty India Consumption ETF, ICICI Prudential Nifty Infrastructure ETF, ICICI Prudential Nifty IT ETF, ICICI Prudential Nifty IT Index Fund, ICICI Prudential Nifty Large-Midcap 250 Index Fund, ICICI Prudential Nifty Midcap 150 ETF, ICICI Prudential Nifty Midcap 150 Index Fund, ICICI Prudential Nifty Next 50 ETF, ICICI Prudential Nifty Next 50 Index Fund, ICICI Prudential Nifty SDL Sep 2026 Index Fund, ICICI Prudential Nifty SDL Sep 2027 Index Fund, ICICI Prudential Nifty Smallcap 250 Index Fund, ICICI Prudential Nifty 200 Momentum 30 ETF, ICICI Prudential Nifty 200 Momentum 30 Index Fund, ICICI Prudential Nifty SDL Dec 2028 Index Fund, ICICI Prudential BSE 500 ETF, ICICI Prudential Gold ETF and ICICI Prudential Silver ETF (the Passive Schemes) of the Fund stands revised from Existing Provision ‘At least 1 basis points on daily net assets shall be annually set apart for investor education and awareness initiatives’ to ‘The AMC shall set aside 5% of total TER charged to direct plan of the Scheme, subject to maximum of 0.5 bps of AUM’ (Revised Provision) with effect from March 16, 2025.

All the other provisions of the SIDs and KIMs of the Schemes except as specifically modified herein above, remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SIDs and KIMs of the Schemes, as amended from time to time.
