ICICI Pru AMC announces change in address of OPAT
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID)/ Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the Schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund (the Fund) and iSIF.
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that address of the Official Point of Acceptance of Transactions (OPAT) of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (the AMC) is shifting from Unit No. 2E, at New Door Nos. 43 & 44 / Old Nos.96 & 97, 11th Avenue, Ashok Nagar, Chennai – 600 083 to 1st Floor, New no: 29, Old no: 15. Thirumala Pillai Road, T Nagar, Chennai – 600017 with effect from August 21, 2026.
This Notice-cum-addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM of the Schemes of the Fund, as amended from time to time. All other provisions of the SID and KIM except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged.
