ICICI Bank moves up as its Board approves overseas borrowing limit up to $5.00 billion

ICICI Bank is currently trading at Rs. 1418.00, up by 6.50 points or 0.46% from its previous closing of Rs. 1411.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1417.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1419.90 and Rs. 1411.50 respectively. So far 394924 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1479.90 on 20-Jul-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1187.55 on 02-Apr-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1423.30 and Rs. 1391.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1018782.76 crore.

ICICI Bank’s Board of Directors has approved a revised borrowing limit of up to $5.00 billion through the issuance of bonds, notes and offshore Certificates of Deposit in overseas markets. The Board of Directors at its meeting held on August 21, 2026, has approved the same.
