HUDCO trades higher on signing MoU with Government of Odisha
Housing & Urban Development Corporation is currently trading at Rs. 208.00, up by 0.95 points or 0.46% from its previous closing of Rs. 207.05 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 208.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 208.00 and Rs. 208.00 respectively. So far 2342 shares were traded on the counter.

Housing & Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Odisha, on July 11, 2026 at Bhubaneswar, Odisha. As per the MoU, HUDCO aims to provide term loans to the extent of Rs 1,00,000 crore over a period of 5 years, for various Urban infrastructure projects including land acquisition for various Housing and Infrastructure projects under Urban Challenge Fund (UCF), Bhubaneswar-Cuttack-Puri-Paradeep Economic Region (BCPPER) and Mukhyamantri Sahari Vikas Yojana (MSVY) in Odisha.
