Highway Infrastructure is currently trading at Rs 93.57, up by 1.51 points or 1.64% from its previous closing of Rs 92.06 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 92.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs 94.08 and Rs 87.34 respectively. So far 180401 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs 5 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 134.89 on 14-Aug-2025 and a 52-week low of Rs 87.34 on 26-Aug-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 107.00 and Rs 87.34 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 671.23 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 70.04%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 6.10% and 23.86% respectively.

Highway Infrastructure has launched its Real Estate Project for sale under the name ‘Neww York City- Phase-4’ situated opposite SAGE University, Rau-Bypass, Indore, Madhya Pradesh (M.P.). The project comprises an area of around 1,74,582.40 sq.ft.

Earlier, the company had commenced toll collection operations at Kiratpur Fee Plaza, Uttar Pradesh (UP). The contract value of the project is Rs 84.77 crore.
