Hero MotoCorp rises on unveiling VIDA Novus lineage
Hero MotoCorp is currently trading at Rs. 5330.00, up by 20.80 points or 0.39% from its previous closing of Rs. 5309.20 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 5340.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 5404.00 and Rs. 5325.00 respectively. So far 6919 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 5704.00 on 23-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 3322.60 on 07-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 5625.00 and Rs. 5258.70 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 107350.41 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 34.73%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 55.15% and 10.11% respectively.
Hero MotoCorp, through its electric brand VIDA, has unveiled the first of the VIDA Novus lineage. Under VIDA Novus, the company has launched three electric vehicles (EV) -- NEX 1, NEX 2 and NEX 3. The NEX 1 is a two-wheeler EV, while NEX 2 is a compact, self-balancing electric trike. The NEX 3 is a four-wheeler EV. Further, VIDA has expanded its global presence with launch of the VIDA VX2 urban in the European market. It has also unveiled two electric motorcycle concepts -- VIDA Concept Ubex, a Neo-Naked Urban Explorer and VIDA Project VxZ, developed in collaboration with Zero Motorcycles USA.
Moreover, VIDA has unveiled the VIDA DIRT.E Series, a brand-new line of off-road electric motorcycles. Under this series, it has launched DIRT.E K3, first-of-its-kind electric motorcycle for children, and DIRT.E MX7 Racing Concept, an electric off-road motorcycle. Additionally, the company has unveiled two internal combustion engine (ICE) models -- Hunk 440 SX, a modern scrambler and Xpulse 210 Dakar Edition, a true rally-ready motorcycle. These consumer centric machines reflect company’s commitment to performance, precision, and global expansion, offering a seamless blend of cutting-edge technology, capability, and reliability. Both models are designed for global markets and fully compliant with Euro5+ emission standards.
