Healthcare Global Enterprises gains on receiving approval to make further investment of Rs 16 crore in HCG Rajkot

Healthcare Global Enterprises has received approval for a further investment of up to Rs 16 crore in HCG Rajkot Hospitals LLP, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The investment in HCG Rajkot is primarily for repayment of dues, working capital and for general corporate purposes. The investment will be completed on or before September 30, 2026. The company will continue to hold 100% of the capital in HCG Rajkot, post the investment. The Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held on August 06, 2026, has approved the same.
