HDFC AMC informs about Temporary restrictions on subscriptions in Silver ETF FOF
HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) / Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of HDFC Silver ETF Fund of Fund.
In light of recent volatility in the prices of Silver, to protect the interest of investors, HDFC Mutual Fund has informed it has been decided to temporarily restrict subscriptions in HDFC Silver ETF Fund of Fund (‘the FOF’) after cut-off time (3:00 pm) on October 14, 2025 until further notice as under:
Below subscription transactions shall be accepted upto a limit of Rs 1 lakh per PAN per day (at first holder level): (i) Lumpsum purchases /switch-ins. (ii) New systematic registrations such as Systematic Investment Plan (SIP), Systematic Transfer Plan into the FOF (STP-in), etc.
It has clarified that all existing systematic registrations such as SIP, STP, etc. and all redemptions / switch-outs transactions shall continue to be processed.
All other terms and conditions of the aforesaid scheme will remain unchanged. This Addendum shall form an integral part of the SID / KIM of the aforesaid scheme as amended from time to time.
