HDFC AMC announces change in risk-o-meter of Select Schemes

HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SIDs) / Key Information Memorandum (KIMs) of schemes of HDFC Mutual Fund.

In compliance with clause 6.16.1.i of the Master Circular dated March 20, 2026, HDFC Mutual Fund has informed that the Risk-o-meter of HDFC Charity Fund For Cancer Cure (A Fixed Maturity Plan) & HDFC FMP 1269D March 2023 – Series 47 has been revised from ‘Low to Moderate’ to ‘Low’, HDFC Low Duration Fund has been revised from ‘Low to Moderate’ to ‘Moderate’, HDFC Ultra Short Term Fund has been revised from ‘Moderate’ to ‘Low to Moderate’ and HDFC Income Plus Arbitrage Omni FOF has been revised from ‘High’ to ‘Moderately High’.

The above Risk-o-meter is based on evaluation of risk level of the respective scheme’s portfolio as at March 31, 2026. 

Further, the Benchmark Risk-o-meter for HDFC Income Plus Arbitrage Omni FOF was inadvertently disclosed as High Risk instead of Low to Moderate Risk in the SID dated February 16, 2026 and other related documents. The Benchmark Risk-o-meter - 40% NIFTY 50 Arbitrage Index (TRI) + 60% NIFTY Short Duration Debt Index continues to remain Low to Moderate Risk as on March 31, 2026.
