HDFC AMC announces Change in Monthly IDCW record date of Arbitrage Fund

HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of HDFC Arbitrage Fund.

HDFC Mutual Fund has informed that HDFC Trustee Company, the Trustee to HDFC Mutual Fund, has decided to change the Record Date of the Monthly Income Distribution cum Capital Withdrawal (‘IDCW’) Options of HDFC Arbitrage Fund – Wholesale Plan (‘the Scheme’), an open-ended scheme investing in arbitrage opportunities in order to align with the revision(s) to the expiry calendar of the Index and stock derivatives contracts notified vide NSE Circular Ref. No: 108/2025 dated June 23, 2025. 

The Record Date of the Monthly IDCW Options (Payout and Reinvestment) of HDFC Arbitrage Fund – Wholesale Plan has been revised from Existing ‘Second last Thursday of every month or the immediate succeeding Business Day, if that day happens to be a non Business Day’ to ‘Second last Tuesday of every month or the immediate succeeding Business Day, if that day happens to be a non-Business Day’ with immediate effect. 

All other terms and conditions of the Scheme will remain unchanged. This addendum forms an integral part of the SID / KIM of the Scheme as amended from time to time.
