HDFC AMC announces Change in Information on Key Personnel
HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of HDFC Multi Cap Fund and Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of HDFC Mutual Fund.
HDFC Mutual Fund has informed that Amar Kalkundrikar has been appointed as Fund Manager – Equities of HDFC Asset Management Company (‘HDFC AMC’) with effect from August 28, 2025 and is a Key Personnel of HDFC AMC.
Accordingly, his details stand inserted in the section ‘Information on Key Personnel’ appearing in the SAI of the Fund dated June 30, 2025 as under: Amar Kalkundrikar (45 yrs) has done, CA (ICAI), CFA (CFA Institute, Charlottesvi lle, VA), and MBA Joint Program from London and Columbia Business School. He has collectively over 23 years of experience of which nearly 20 years in Fund Management, Equity Research and Portfolio Management. Prior to joining HDFC Asset Management Company on August 28, 2025, he was a Fund Manager at Nippon Life India Asset Management from September 21, 2020, to August 14, 2025. Kalkundrikar has also held the position of Portfolio Manager – Client Funds in HDFC Asset Management Company from March 31, 2002, to September 04, 2020.
Further, the Existing Fund Manager of HDFC Multi Cap Fund (the scheme) ‘Gopal Agrawal’ has been revised to ‘Amar Kalkundrikar’ with effect from September 01, 2025 (‘Effective Date’). Dhruv Muchhal is the dedicated Fund Manager for Overseas Investments.
All other contents of the SID, KIM and SAI of the Fund will remain unchanged. This addendum shall form an integral part of the SID, KIM and SAI of the Fund as amended from time to time.
