HDFC AMC announces change in existing responsibilities of certain Key Personnel
HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Documents (SIDs), Key Information Memorandums (KIMs) of Select Schemes and Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of HDFC Mutual Fund (the Fund).
HDFC Mutual Fund has informed about change to the existing responsibilities of certain Key Personnel of HDFC AMC. Gopal Agrawal, Senior Fund Manager - Equities, a Key Personnel of HDFC AMC, shall be re-designated as ‘Senior Fund Manager - Equities and Fund Manager for Overseas Investments’. Accordingly, in addition to his existing responsibilities as Fund Manager, he will also act as the Fund Manager for Overseas Investments for the Schemes of the Fund eligible to make investments in ADRs / GDRs / specified Foreign Securities except for HDFC Developed World Overseas Equity Passive FOF, with effect from September 01, 2026.
Also, Dhruv Muchhal, Equity Analyst and Fund Manager for Overseas Investments’, a Key Personnel of HDFC AMC shall cease to be the Fund Manager for Overseas Investments, with effect from close of business hours on August 31, 2026 and shall be re-designated as ‘Equity Analyst ‘with effect from September 01, 2026.
All other terms and conditions of the SIDs, KIMs of the Select Schemes and SAI of the Fund will remain unchanged. This addendum forms an integral part of the SIDs, KIMs of the Select Schemes and SAI of the Fund as amended from time to time.
