GRSE surges on signing contract for construction, delivery of second Multi-Purpose Vessel

Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers is currently trading at Rs. 1807.20, up by 47.60 points or 2.71% from its previous closing of Rs. 1759.60 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1793.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1828.80 and Rs. 1770.80 respectively. So far 47272 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2834.60 on 05-Jul-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 674.25 on 13-Mar-2024.

Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers (GRSE) has signed contract for construction and delivery of second ship from series of the four additional vessel 7500 DWT Multi-Purpose Vessels (MPV) on December 4, 2024 at Hamburg, Germany.
Earlier, the company had signed a contract with the Transport Department, Government of West Bengal, for the delivery of 13 hybrid ferries on November 19, 2024.
