GRSE soars on signing MoI, MoUs with global companies
Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers is currently trading at Rs. 3467.00, up by 108.50 points or 3.23% from its previous closing of Rs. 3358.50 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 3399.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 3520.00 and Rs. 3310.70 respectively. So far 542848 shares were traded on the counter.

Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers (GRSE) has signed a Memorandum of Intent (MoI) with M/s Carsten Rehder Schiffsmakler und Reederei GmbH & Co. KG, Germany, for the construction of 4 follow-on 7,500 DWT Multi-Purpose Vessels. These vessels will be built as a continuation of the 8 vessels currently under construction at GRSE’s Kolkata shipyard. The follow-on vessels will feature hybrid propulsion systems and comply with the latest cybersecurity standards. The firm contract for these vessels is expected to be finalized by August 31, 2025.
In pursuance of venturing into construction of offshore platforms and vessels, GRSE has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with M/S Aries marine (ARIES), a Dubai based, established and independent engineering and design firm for offshore platform and vessel design. This is to extend worldwide reach of GRSE in the offshore market. This MOU aims to facilitate collaboration on identifying and developing offshore orders for platforms designed by ARIES and built by GRSE. GRSE has also signed MoU with a Global Engine Manufacturer.
