Gravita India is currently trading at Rs. 1525.00, up by 101.45 points or 7.13% from its previous closing of Rs. 1423.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1423.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1,525.00 and Rs. 1423.60 respectively. So far 38941 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1914.40 on 29-Dec-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1267.00 on 02-Apr-2026.

The company shall be incorporated in the name of ‘Gravita Recyclers USA Inc.’ or such other name as may be approved as per laws of USA. The proposed company will be engaged in the trading of scrap and scrap materials. The board of directors of the company at its meeting held on October 05, 2026, has, inter alia, considered and approved the same.
