Golkunda Diamonds soars on incorporating subsidiary company
Golkunda Diamonds & Jewellery is currently trading at Rs. 329.90, up by 9.45 points or 2.95% from its previous closing of Rs. 320.45 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 330.45 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 330.45 and Rs. 329.00 respectively. So far 31 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 348.00 on 21-Aug-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 156.00 on 07-Oct-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 345.00 and Rs. 316.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 230.13 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 72.81%, while Non-Institutions held 27.18% stake in the company.
Golkunda Diamonds & Jewellery has incorporated a subsidiary company ‘Golkunda Retail India’ in the State of Maharashtra, effective August 28, 2026. The company has subscribed to 100% of the share capital of the said company and accordingly, the said entity has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
The objective of incorporation is to strengthen the company’s presence in the Indian jewellery market, diversify revenue streams, reduce dependence on export markets and create long-term value for stakeholders through expansion of domestic jewellery manufacturing operations.
