Godrej Properties gains on emerging as highest bidder for land parcel in Hyderabad

The scrip opened at Rs 2119.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs 2119.95 and Rs 2044.95 respectively. So far 17021 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs 5 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 3400.00 on 26-Sep-2024 and a 52-week low of Rs 1869.50 on 07-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 2119.95 and Rs 1935.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 62976.18 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 46.70%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 39.61% and 13.69% respectively.
Godrej Properties (GPL) has participated in an e-auction conducted by the Telangana Housing Board (TGHB) for Residential Group Housing, where GPL has emerged as the highest bidder for around 7.825 acre land parcel in Kukatpally (KPHB), Hyderabad, with a total combined bid value of Rs 547.75 crore. TGHB shall issue the allotment letter after following the due process. This acquisition builds on the success of GPL’s recent launches in Hyderabad, including Godrej Madison Avenue at Kokapet and Godrej Regal Pavilion at Rajendranagar. With this new project, GPL has further strengthened its presence in one of India’s most dynamic real estate markets.
