G R Infraprojects moves up on emerging as Successful Bidder for Varanasi MMLP Project

GR Infraprojects is currently trading at Rs. 874.50, up by 4.40 points or 0.51% from its previous closing of Rs. 870.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 883.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 883.25 and Rs. 858.50 respectively. So far 5174 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1362.15 on 02-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 786.05 on 30-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 949.00 and Rs. 857.15 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 8,438.97 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.69%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 21.94% and 3.38% respectively.

G R Infraprojects has been declared as Successful Bidder for the project Development, Operation and Maintenance of the Multi Modal Logistics Park (MMLP) Varanasi in the State of Uttar Pradesh through Public Private Partnership on Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) basis, invited by Varanasi MMLP. The contract price of the project is Rs 91.60 crore. The project has a construction period of one year and a concession period of 45 years.
