Fujiyama Power Systems rises on commissioning power electronics manufacturing facility at Madhya Pradesh

Fujiyama Power Systems is currently trading at Rs. 395.75, up by 5.55 points or 1.42% from its previous closing of Rs. 390.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 387.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 396.15 and Rs. 387.15 respectively. So far 5645 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 411.00 on 07-Aug-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 170.55 on 02-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 411.00 and Rs. 380.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 12055.10 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 86.63%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 7.61% and 5.76% respectively.

Fujiyama Power Systems has commissioned its 2 GW power electronics manufacturing facility at Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh. The Ratlam facility is a key part of Fujiyama's large scale greenfield manufacturing expansion project aimed at strengthening the company's integrated manufacturing capabilities across the rooftop solar value chain. Following the commissioning of the 2 GW solar panel manufacturing facility in May, the successful commissioning of the power electronics manufacturing line marks another important milestone in the development of the integrated manufacturing complex at Ratlam.

The newly commissioned facility has an installed manufacturing capacity of 2 GW and will manufacture a wide range of power electronics products, including solar inverters, UPS systems and other related solutions. With the commissioning of the Ratlam power electronics manufacturing facility, Fujiyama's total power electronics manufacturing capacity has increased to 4.2 GW, further strengthening its ability to capture the rapidly growing rooftop solar market.
