Franklin Templeton AMC announces Shifting of Allahabad Branch Office
Franklin Templeton Asset Management (India) (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information, Scheme Information Documents and Key Information Memorandum of schemes of Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund.
Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund has informed that the Franklin Templeton Branch Office [Investor Service Centre (ISC)] situated at Allahabad (Prayagraj) will shift from Franklin Templeton Asset Management (India), S N Tower, 2nd Floor, 4C, Maharshi Dayanand Marg, Opp. Radio Station, Civil Lines, Prayagraj (Allahabad) – 211001, UP to Franklin Templeton Asset Management (India), FF–01, Vinayak Triveni Tower, Kanpur Road, Civil Lines, Prayagraj – 211001, UP with effect from April 27, 2026.
The above ISC will be an ‘Official Point of Acceptance of Transactions’ of Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund. The existing Branch office at Allahabad (Prayagraj) will be operational upto end of business day on April 24, 2026.
This addendum forms an integral part of the Statement of Additional Information, Scheme Information Document and Key Information Memorandum issued for respective schemes, read with the addenda issued from time to time.
